Vitality Pulse started in a small kitchen in Kelowna, BC. Our founder, Sarah, was tired of the afternoon slump, bloating after meals, and feeling like she needed coffee just to survive — not thrive.

She tried “detox teas” that left her hungry and irritable, and energy drinks that spiked her anxiety. So she went back to basics: real herbs, real leaves, and real results.

After testing over 40 blends with friends and family, three clear favourites emerged:

That’s how Vitality Pulse was born.
