Where We Ship:
Currently, Vitality Pulse ships within Canada only (excluding remote territories where additional fees may apply). We do not ship to the U.S. or internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Delivery Issues:
Lost or delayed packages: Contact the carrier first with your tracking number. Then email us — we’ll help however we can.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
Failed delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed pickup, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional fees may apply).

Exchanges:
Want to try a different blend instead of a refund? Let us know. We offer one free exchange per order (you pay return shipping; we pay to send the new blend).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your tea arrived damaged, spilled, or you received the wrong blend, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll ship a replacement free of charge — no return needed.

Refunds for Gift Purchases:
If you received Vitality Pulse as a gift, we can issue a store credit to the gift recipient. The original purchaser would need to contact us for a cash refund.
Morning Pulse contains natural caffeine from green tea, but it’s lower than coffee. It’s designed to provide steady, gentle energy without the crash or anxiety.
Our teas support detoxification and digestion, which may complement a healthy diet. We do not claim weight loss results.
